Jon Greenberg's Jazz Warriors
The Jazz Warriors began as an opening act for national acts Paquito De Rivera, Ramsey Lewis, and FourPlay at Christopher Newport University’s 2008 Ella Fitzgerald Jazz Festival. Over the years, Jazz Warriors performances have metamorphosed into an educational showcase for 100+ years of American jazz music. Jonathan Greenberg on trumpet; Eric Lyttle on piano; Jonathan Wheelock on bass; and Todd Woodson on drums.
